The apartments were huge and had everything we needed, even a washing machine. We went horse riding and it was dope! The hotel staff were chill and the food in the restaurant was bomb. Plus, the town was super cute and had a great vibe. We had a sick time!

The only thing missing was a banging party scene. It would've been lit if they had some cool events or a sick club nearby.

The buffet breakfast had a fantastic selection of sweets, pancakes, fruits, sausages, and eggs. The hotel's location on the city square was perfect, with no problem finding parking in front of the reception or in the hotel's garage. The modern architecture of the hotel building was super impressive. The personnel were very kind and had a good command of English. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.

The hotel is situated in a great location, perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The rooms were decorated nicely and very clean. They had a wide range of options for breakfast and great Christmas decorations in the lobby.

The staff was quite unhelpful and barely interacted with the guests, they weren't very welcoming. The quality of the pillow was poor, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep and the heating was not working properly which made the room cold, not ideal for a Christmas stay.

We stayed in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland with a local brewery next door and main attractions within easy reach. Our spacious apartment was clean with a modern bathroom and equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and accommodating during breakfast and throughout our stay.

We did experience some noise from other parts of the hotel at night.

I loved the modern furnishings and the option to have warm buffet dinners or à la carte menu dinners at the restaurant. The sport center offering mini golf was a fun addition, and the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped.

Oh, I just adored the bus station right in front of the property, especially the noise and fumes coming from the buses. So refreshing!

The hotel was perfect for my needs. the breakfast included had a variety of choices and the food was delicious. the location was great, close to restaurants, pubs, and shops. the parking option was very convenient and safe. Plus, the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed.

The lighting in the room was a bit low for my taste. the room could have been a bit more spacious.
